Hello all, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified EMDR Therapist based in Lake Ozark, MO. I am also an EMDR Consultant-in-Training, offering both individual and group consultation for EMDR therapists seeking certification or advanced support in their clinical work. I am deeply committed to helping those navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression through evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy. Much of my work has centered on healing the lasting impacts of childhood abuse, neglect, and attachment injuries—helping clients move toward safety, connection, and resilience. My therapeutic style is genuine and warm, often balanced with a healthy dose of humor. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered and seen, always honoring them as the expert of their own experience. I believe that, much like the body, the mind naturally moves toward healing when given the right conditions and relationship. Seeking support can feel overwhelming, but it’s one of the most courageous steps toward healing. You’ll never know what’s possible unless you try. Since founding Kaetlyn Roberts Counseling Services, my practice has continued to grow and evolve.
